EXCHANGE
POLICY
Pearlgems
offers to exchange any piece of jewelry within a period
of 30 days provided it is returned in its original condition
with the appropriate packaging and sales receipt. We are
not liable for return shipping and handling charges to exchange
jewelry pieces. Contact our customer service department
and a qualified customer service representative will assist
you.
To return
an item for exchange, please print out a Merchandise Exchange
Form and fill in all of the information, and enclose the
completed form in the box with the item(s) to be returned
for exchange. Before sending an item back to exchange, please
kindly inform us by e-mail or fax so that we are aware of
it, or else your return package for exchange may be refused.
For your protection, please send all returns via insured
mail or courier. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for items shipped
back to be received by us. This is normal for items shipped
from the USA.
PACKAGING
Returns
need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original
shipping boxes if possible. PLEASE NOTE: SOFT SIDED PACKAGING
ALLOWS FOR EASY DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. ACCORDINGLY, WE CANNOT
ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE SHIPPED IN ENVELOPES OR SOFT PACKAGING.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH PROOF BOX TO PREVENT
DAMAGE. For your protection against loss during shipping,
please make sure to insure your return package (with either
the US Postal Service or UPS) for the full value of the
product.
SERVICE CENTERS
We have
US service centers to service any problems our customers
have with jewelry purchased from us. If you have a problem
with an item purchased from us, e-mail us or call our customer
service department and they will advise you on what steps
to take to get your jewelry repaired.
