SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

After your order leaves Pearlgems, your order will be shipped by either express mail or Fed-Ex. Mailing charges depend on the value of the item and if insurance is desired. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. Express mail normally takes 2-3 weeks, and Fed-Ex takes 1-2 business days. If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient alternate address.
